How long does it take to get a quote?

We aim to have all quotes back within 24hours for all small projects, if you require a full project Take Off or Calculations (such as Purlin Sizing or Rainwater goods) then this can take a bit longer but we aim to have this back within 3 working days.

Can we order online?

Not at the moment, but you can email your requests through to our team whenever suits you at [email protected] and we will get back to you within 24 hours during the week.

Do you deal with the public, or trade only?

We are happy to work with both trade and public customers. If you can draw it, Trimform can make it! We have onsite trained sales personnel and a technical sales manager who can help you with all projects no matter the size of your project.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No, we cater for all sized jobs both large and small and we are happy to help from one bag of screws right through to your full buildings’ roof and walls.

Do you have installation guides?

All of our data sheets for our products can be found on our website; www.trimformfabs.co.uk under each product section.

Do you offer a design service?

We do not offer a design service however we are happy to give guidance on our product performance.

Do you install buildings?

We focus on manufacturing a quality product for installation by others.

Do you have collection facilities?

Where can you deliver to / What days do we deliver to what area?

We do deliver all over the South East, London and further afield and will work with you to achieve the schedule you need. Normally we deliver into Norwich on Tuesdays, Essex on Wednesdays and Leicester on Fridays.

Do you offer an offload service?

Not as a standard, we deliver on a range of vehicles from small vehicles right through to large articulated vehicles to suit all jobs and site locations. We would be able to offer an offload service as a special request and subject to availability, with a surcharge.

Lead Times?

Lead time does vary depending on product and capacity within our manufacturing suite at the time orders are placed, however we do try to turn around orders under 7 working days where possible. If you are working to a specific timeframe, please do speak to us and we will try our very best to meet your dates.

What thickness panels do you offer?

We offer 0.7mm & 0.5mm in Single Skin sheeting.

We also offer the AS35 Composite Panel in thicknesses, 40, 60, 80, 100, 110, 120 & 130mm and we can also offer the Kingspan KS1000R/W panel in all thicknesses too.

What thickness of Galv Flashings do you supply?

We supply Galv flashings, in 0.7, 0.9, 1.2, 1.5, 2 and 3mm.

Do you offer products in Aluminium?

What is your standard product flashings/sheets lengths?

We offer bespoke flashings made on site up to 3000mm, and up to 6000mm on request.

Our single skin sheeting can be made in lengths from 1000mm to 10m.

Composite Panel can be made up to 12m long.

Can you match an old profile on my building?

What are the minimum cut backs on composite panel?

Minimum Cutback is 25mm.

What is LPS 1181?

LPS1181 is the level of Fire certification applied to our PIR insulated panel, if you are unsure what level of fire certification your project requires please consult your local building regulations.

Do you supply purlins?

Yes we do! Please see our website for the purlin details.

What is the longest length we can manufacture on purlins?

We can produce a maximum of 13 metres.

What are our lead times for purlins?

Lead times can vary depending on the product required – please speak with your sales contact at the time of placing your order. We will always try to accommodate specific requirements where we are able to do so.

What is the maximum / minimum product lengths?

Minimum and maximum lengths vary from product to product, generally minimum 1000mm / maximum 8000mm – 12000mm please speak to your sales contact for product specific information.

What is the min/ max radius on curved sheeting?

Minimum Radius is 500mm with a maximum sheet length of 4 metres.
